What is Hollander interchange?
  • The Hollander interchange is a proprietary numbering and application system used in automotive recycling and parts data.
  • An interchange number identifies a family of parts for cataloging (not the same as ACES/PIES).
  • It often appears as 101-00100 or with an alpha suffix such as 110-10650L, stored as InterchangeNumber and built from PartType, IntchNbr, and AlphaExtension in interchangelist.
