All columns from aaia_vcdb.vehicle (capped at 500 rows), plus manual joins for make/model/year/submodel/region,
and extra columns from every other parent declared as a PostgreSQL foreign key from vehicle (engine, transmission, etc.—when FK metadata exists).
Dynamic columns are prefixed like vcdb_j0_tablename_colname.
